My International Office is a trusted university partner specialising in helping students in West Africa apply for Foundation, Undergraduate, Postgraduate and PhD courses around the world.
The objectives were to increase brand awareness, reach new target markets to generate leads, and improve the efficiencies of their business online.
The first step was to rebrand My International Office to reflect the new fresh digital marketing strategy. The team created a new logo and colour scheme that better showcased the brand’s purpose.
As part of the initial website build, all pages had sufficient information added, and the purpose of the website was clear to the different target audiences. Throughout the website’s content, keywords were researched and incorporated to drive traffic to the relevant pages.
The functionality of the website was a focus for the team to ensure that the different target audiences knew where to go and what to do. Furthermore, technical best practices were applied such as linking the website to Google Analytics and Search Console.
Integration with a CRM platform for seamless application and form organisation was essential and at the forefront of this project.
A complete refresh of social media headers and email banners aligned the brand refresh across all platforms.
Throughout the website build, social media management was maintained leading up to the brand relaunch.
