The Brief 

Wellpro Group is a leading thru tubing and well intervention company. Razor manages the company’s LinkedIn content. Wellpro engaged us on a project basis to undertake their PR activity around the ADIPEC Exhibition and Conference in Abu Dhabi, November 2022.

What We Achieved 

Having secured a two-page editorial spread and front-page cover in OGV’s international growth edition, Wellpro Group engaged us to develop a content plan to optimise this opportunity and maximise coverage. The magazine is key in reaching the company’s target audience given that the majority of their activity is based in the Middle East.

The content plan focused on highlighting what differentiates the company from its competitors, the company’s skilled workforce in the region and included two case-studies to further showcase their capabilities.

We then drafted the 1,000 word article, liaising with Wellpro throughout to ensure they were happy with the content. We also managed a photoshoot to ensure that the correct imagery was used along with the article.

We liaised with OGV regarding the page layout and content deadlines.

Not only was the print edition of OGV distributed to 150,000 energy professionals/conference delegates during the event, the online magazine has a readership of 400,000 energy professionals and more than 75,000 followers on its social media platforms.

Subsequently, links to the article were used on Wellpro Group’s LinkedIn page with our social content achieving an engagement rate of 6.7% (well above the industry average).
